We have no junior members on our team. Our staffing model is to hand-select our consultants who have an outstanding history of success (currently no member has less than 15 years of experience in the industry).
Because our management model is flat (DanlHos’s owners work side-by-side with its technical staff), we don’t employ middle-managers. This model keeps only skilled engineers (not sales guys) in the field working with our customers, and it also keeps prices down.
